How long does the whole process take?
For most roles, you can expect a curated shortlist within 5–10 business days of sharing your brief. The full process from brief to confirmed hire typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the seniority and specialisation of the role.
How many candidates will be on my shortlist?
We typically deliver 3–5 shortlisted candidates per role. We believe in quality over quantity, every candidate on your list has been fully vetted and we'd be comfortable recommending any of them.
What if I'm not happy with the shortlist?
We work closely with you to understand exactly what you need, so this rarely happens. But if the shortlist doesn't hit the mark, we'll go back to the drawing board, refine the brief together, and search again at no extra charge.
Do you handle the interview scheduling?
Yes, we coordinate all interview scheduling, send reminders, brief candidates beforehand, and collect feedback afterwards. You just show up and meet the candidates.
Can you help with a single role or do you need a contract?
We're flexible. We can work on a single role with no long-term commitment, or provide ongoing HR support on a retainer basis. We'll always propose what makes sense for your situation.
